KCL Henrietta - 2025

We were tasked with the job of providing a conservatory like structure to the rear of KCL Addison house to introduce more floor space creating a break out area which has been named the Garden room. This also had an emergency exit in the center of the façade to allow personnel to egress to the safety point on KCL grounds.

The project had its challenges as there was not a lot of architectural information and we only had the existing grounds to work with therefore, we had our structural engineer on board as well as our lifting team to help create this lovely space for the client.
